San Diego’s Seven Caves Spirits has announced its latest limited release, R15 Bourbon Barrel Finished Rum.
R15 is aged for two years and then finished in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels, which, Seven Caves says, brings the distillery closer to its vision of creating spirits completely unique to the market.
There’s a very limited number of bottles and they’re only available for purchase by appointment at the distillery. Every bottle is numbered.
