The Bluebeard is the most popular cocktail on the menu at Cedar Ridge Distillery in Swisher, Iowa. (This cocktail also appeared here in the April 2020 issue of CRAFT SPIRITS magazine.)
Ingredients
2 ounces Cedar Ridge Malted Rye Whiskey
1 ounce cinnamon blueberry purée
3/4 ounce muscadine shrub
Ginger beer
Directions
Shake it like you mean it, and strain. Top with ginger beer and fresh mint.
