Coppersea Distilling Hires New President, COO

Coppersea Distilling of New Paltz, New York, is  excited to announce the appointment of Dan Denisoff as president and COO.

In this newly-created role, Mr. Denisoff will be leading the company, and  responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of Coppersea’s business. He  joins Coppersea after a career in the beverage and CPG sector, including nearly 20  years in executive operational leadership roles at Pernod Ricard USA.

Said Dan Denisoff in a press release, “Coppersea is making truly incredible whiskies in a unique way  that deserves notice and broader market opportunities. I can’t wait to help build one  of America’s premier craft distilleries to its full potential.”

Coppersea founder and CEO Michael Kinstlick added, “We are absolutely thrilled to  be bringing Dan on board. Meeting our next set of goals demands experienced  industry leadership, and we are confident his knowledge of spirits and deep  background in the industry will help us achieve those goals.”

Founded in 2011, Coppersea Distilling produces ultra-premium whiskies from Hudson Valley grains using Heritage-Methods distilling traditions ― on-site organic  farming, open wooden fermenters, direct-fired copper-pot stills, floor-malting, and  low barrel proof aging.
