Republic National Distributing Co. (RNDC) the national distributor and broker of premium wine and spirits, introduces The Artisan Group (TAG).
By aligning its craft spirits portfolio, TAG will take RNDC’s current best business practices across the country to create a consistent craft spirits portfolio strategy that is easy to navigate, building the craft spirit side of the business.
TAG will be led Simone Bianconcini, vice president for TAG. Bianconcini has been with RNDC for 25 years, where he began as a sales analyst and eventually worked in operations and other leadership roles, including area manager for the Gallo division and division manager for the Brown-Forman division. Most recently he was the VP of sales in Kentucky. Bianconcini reports to Mike Young, senior vice president-spirits.

This also aligns with the company’s strategy of premiumization. ”
RNDC will add additional sales team overlays in key markets to support this important initiative, led by Bianconcini. This structure allows suppliers to have fewer touchpoints and makes it easier to work with RNDC. It will also allow for a strong route to market and sharing of best practices to ensure all states are linked together for superior execution.
TAG is in the process of a phased launch across the network and will be fully executed by the end of the summer.
