Freeland Spirits of Portland, Oregon, is excited to announce the upcoming re-release of its limited-edition Cherry Blossom Liqueur. The 70-proof liqueur is back by popular demand after debuting in 2023.
Using locally harvested cherry blossoms, hand-picked from the highest hill of the Portland Japanese Garden, Freeland Spirit’s Cherry Blossom Liqueur will be available for purchase on April 12th for $38.99.
With complimenting flavors like licorice root and cinnamon bark, the liqueur offers a well-rounded sip of spring, ideal for the warm weather upon us.

The Strolling Pond
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Freeland Cherry Blossom liqueur
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain liqueur
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 4 dashes cherry bark vanilla bitters
Process
- Stir for 45 seconds and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass
- Garnish with fresh or dried flower petals (cherry blossoms, of course, are best!)
Moon Bridge Magic
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Freeland Forest Gin
- 3/4 ounce Freeland Cherry Blossom
- 1/2 ounce Amaretto
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ouncecherry + orange simple syrup
- 5-6 drops Fee Bros. vegan foam or 3/4 ounce egg white
Process
- Dry shake for 30 seconds
- Add 1-2 ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds
- Strain up into a coupe or Nic & Nora glass
- Garnish with an amarena cherry or dried lemon wheel
