These experts identify outstanding spirits through a rigorous evaluation process and award the world’s best in their class with the highest honors. Expert judges praised the Kaua’i Reserve Aged Rum, describing its appearance as “brilliant” and “pale golden.” The aroma was noted for its intensity, featuring sweet and spicy notes of “marzipan,” “caramel,” and “baking spices.” The flavor profile was commended for its harmony with the nose, showcasing tropical notes complemented by alluring “wood accents” and a vibrant, well-balanced texture that elevates the overall tasting experience.
