The festive magic of the holiday season is just around the corner, and with it Miracle and Sippin’ Santa holiday pop-up bars excitedly announce their return with festive cocktails in signature holiday glassware, over-the-top decor and enough holiday spirits to melt the heart of even the frostiest grinch. Ringing in a decade of merriment, this 2024 season is even more special as Miracle celebrates a milestone year since it opened the doors of the first location. Nearly 250 participating Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations, new and returning, are coming together this holiday season to light up bustling metropolises and cozy towns across the country and around the globe. Doors are set to open from early to mid-November for guests to toast to the holiday season.
In 2014, Miracle began as a spontaneous holiday cocktail pop-up during the construction of founder Greg Boehm’s future bar. It has since evolved into a global sensation, spreading yuletide joy by transforming everyday bars into hubs of holiday happiness. Its sister concept Sippin’ Santa was developed as a tropical twist to the snowy festivities, featuring Santa on surfboards wearing festive leis and drinking out of coconuts. Both Miracle and Sippin’ Santa serve up one-of-a-kind cocktails, found nowhere else around the world, and only during the holidays.

As we celebrate Miracle’s 10th year, I am proud to stand alongside my peers and welcome our beloved guests once again.”
At the heart of Miracle and Sippin’ Santa are the holiday mug collections that blend tradition with innovation, allowing visitors to take home a tangible piece of holiday spirit. Each year, Miracle and Sippin’ Santa unveil a lineup of beloved holiday mugs, featuring nostalgic designs like Santa’s Head, SanTaRex and the Christmas Carol Barrel. In addition to the treasured classics, this year will feature new limited-edition designs available for purchase exclusively at Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations. At the end of the season’s festivities, Miracle will donate 10% of all proceeds from the retail sales of its Santa’s Head and Santa’s Pants to its charity partner, Seva Foundation, spreading goodwill far and wide.
Joann Spiegel, the creative visionary behind Miracle’s cocktail recipes, has reimagined parts of the iconic menu once again, showcasing new spirited creations just in time for the holiday season. This upcoming season features new cocktails like the Stocking Stuffer and Crooked Antler, alongside returning favorites like the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. With a bit of magic infused in every pour, each drink is served in signature glassware and Miracle’s cozy and irreverent ambiance, outfitted with twinkling lights and kitschy decorations, provides the perfect backdrop for sipping these festive libations with friends and loved ones.
Named one of Imbibe’s “25 Most Influential Cocktail Personalities of the Past Century,” Jeff “Beachbum” Berry is gearing up to welcome back Sippin’ Santa to his own bar, Latitude 29 in New Orleans and to partner locations across the nation. Crafted by Beachbum, this year’s menu emphasizes the cherished pop-up’s unique blend of holiday cheer and tropical escapism by combining festive flavors with classic cocktail favorites, with new additions such as the Sugar Plum Mai Tai and Frosty the Merman amongst the beloved classics such as Jingle Bird, Holiday on Ice, and Merry Spritzmas.
This year, Miracle’s New York City flagship location, Miracle on 9th Street (at The Cabinet Mezcal Bar) will welcome guests to its winter wonderland starting November 1st. Following suit, the festive spirit spreads to all Miracle and Sippin’ Santa partner locations nationwide and globally, from November 18th to December 31st. Each location promises a unique experience, combining festive cocktails with the timeless enchantment of the season. From nostalgic floor-to-ceiling holiday décor, twinkling lights, and vintage garlands to reindeer figurines, and holiday cards, guests are instantly immersed in a holiday wonderland. For a little extra magic, each partner location provides special festive programming and themed events that ignite the holiday spirit and foster unforgettable memories with loved ones.
