Seattle-based Copperworks Distilling Co. and Waterways Cruises & Events are set to host a special collaboration for an unforgettable evening on the water.
On Nov. 8, guests are invited to join an exclusive three-course meal and spirit-pairing experience aboard the Emerald Star.
Led by Copperworks’ head distiller Thomas Paessler, the guided spirit pairing will showcase the award-winning distillery’s newly introduced permanent whiskey lineup, thoughtfully complemented by the culinary creations of Waterways’ executive chef Benjamin Seavey.
