High West Bourye Returns to Shelves

Park City, Utah-based High West Distillery & Saloon announces the return of its award-winning High West Bourye to locations nationwide this month. The beloved spirit, a blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys distilled in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains, is now available while supplies last.

“We are thrilled Bourye is back on shelves across the country this month for whiskey lovers to properly toast spring’s arrival,” said Tara Lindley, director of blend & sensory at High West Distillery. “Year after year, this spirit continues to be the centerpiece of celebrations, special occasions, and everyday moments alike, and we’re glad we have the opportunity to share it across the country.”

A blend of straight bourbon and rye whiskeys aged a minimum of 10 years in new, charred white American oak barrels, this premier sipping whiskey is one of High West’s all-time favorites. To the nose, Bourye boasts notes of Honeycrisp apples, caramelized peaches, homemade waffles with honey butter, bergamot, toasted almonds, sandalwood, and of a wooden chest filled with dark chocolate truffles. Tastes of maple glazed doughnut, salted crème brûlée, candied orange peel, chicory, English breakfast tea, ginger chews, and seasoned oak follow, before a satisfying finish of fresh yellow nectarines with a softly building rye spice.

Bottles of the limited run of High West Bourye are available now at locations nationwide throughout March, in addition to High West General Store in Old Town Park City, High West Distillery on Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship, and state liquor stores for $124.99 per bottle. Shipping is currently available to Kentucky, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and District of Columbia.
