West Fork Whiskey Co. Releases Old Hamer 10-Year Bourbon

West Fork Whiskey Co. is excited to announce the release of its Old Hamer 10-Year Bourbon featuring a historically Hoosier mash bill of 99% corn, and 1% malted barley.

“Distilled, aged and bottled in Indiana, Old Hamer 10-Year is a perfect example of what makes our signature 99% corn to 1% malted barley recipe so desirable,” says West Fork Whiskey co-founder and head distiller Julian Jones. “It is sweet, sophisticated and easy to drink to the last drop.”

Bottled at 100 proof and aged for 10 years in new charred American oak barrels, West Fork Whiskey Co.’s Old Hamer 10-Year Bourbon is proudly distilled with 99% corn and 1% malted barley, closely resembling that used by the Hamer family as an ongoing tribute to Indiana’s whiskey heritage. This extremely high-corn bourbon is an uncommon mashbill that can be found throughout the Old Hamer product line.
The oldest Old Hamer product released to date, this subtle-yet-sweet bourbon starts with notes of bubble gum and caramel on the nose, which carry through to the initial sip. Flavors of caramel and vanilla coat the palate before giving way to mint and toasted oak.

West Fork Whiskey Co.’s Old Hamer 10-Year Bourbon (100 proof/50% ABV) is offered at $84.99 MSRP and is available for online shipping and at select retailers throughout the brand’s distribution footprint.
