Round Barn Introduces 4 New Flavored Whiskeys in Its Harvest Infusion Series

Round Barn Distillery, known for its small-batch artistry and commitment to Michigan-made spirits, has introduced its Harvest Infusion Series featuring four new flavored whiskeys: Apple Whiskey, Cinnamon Whiskey, Vanilla Whiskey, and Peach Whiskey.

  • Vanilla Whiskey delivers lush vanilla flavor with cream undertones, subtle brown sugar sweetness, and a light oak finish. Sip it neat, on the rocks, or elevate your favorite cocktails with a smooth vanilla twist.
  • Apple Whiskey greets you with crisp green apple notes that lead into a warm, complex finish of soft honey and classic whiskey character—perfect for sipping straight or crafting fall-inspired cocktails and punches.
  • Peach Whiskey offers juicy, ripe peach flavor with hints of candied fruit and a gentle, spicy warmth. It’s a vibrant addition to summer spritzers, whiskey punches, or simply served over ice.
  • Cinnamon Whiskey features a sweet cinnamon front followed by a bold, lingering spice reminiscent of your favorite nostalgic candies. Try it as a celebratory shot, add it to warm cider, or blend with Apple Whiskey for a unique twist.

“These four new whiskeys reflect our mission to innovate while staying true to our roots,” says Matt Moersch, CEO of Round Barn Winery, Distillery and Brewery. “We’re excited to offer flavors that appeal to wider audiences and bring a taste of Michigan’s orchard and orchard-inspired creativity to every bottle.”

Flavored whiskey volumes increased by 34 percent from 2019 to 2023, and in 2023 these whiskies accounted for 24 percent of total whiskey volume, reports the Distilled Spirits Council of the U.S. With consumer interest rising in approachable yet premium spirits, these four unique expressions are designed to delight both newcomers and seasoned whiskey enthusiasts.

The newest whiskeys are available at all Round Barn locations, priced at $34, and will soon be available at retailers in Northwest Indiana, Southwest Michigan, and Illinois.
