We talk with Bob Dillon, founder of Dismal Harmony Distilling in Morristown, NJ, whose Vidisha’s Masala liqueur took Best in Show at ACSA’s 2025 American Craft Spirits Competition. Dismal Harmony managed to achieve that honor in its first year of operation. Bob tells other distillers why they should enter the 2026 competition.
