St. Petersburg Distillery is taking three favorites from its new 31 South Speakeasy beyond the bar with the launch of its first ready-to-pour bottled cocktail collection. The new 31 South line debuts with an Espresso Martini, Old Fashioned and Maple Old Fashioned, each handcrafted in small batches with the distillery’s award-winning spirits and premium ingredients.
Available exclusively at the St. Petersburg Distillery Welcome Salon, each 750 mL bottle is priced at $35 and yields seven to eight cocktails. Three additional varieties, including a Lemon Drop Martini, Matcha Martini and Hibiscus Gimlet, are planned by the end of the year.
“31 South has given us a place to experiment with cocktails that showcase our spirits in completely different ways, and guests quickly developed favorites,” said Clara Robbins, Master Distiller of St. Petersburg Distillery. “The bottled collection lets us take some of that experience beyond the speakeasy. You can pour a great cocktail at home without measuring ingredients or pulling out a shaker because we’ve already done that work behind the bar.”
The collection includes:
Espresso Martini – A 31 South guest favorite combining award-winning Banyan Reserve Vodka, house-made spiced simple syrup and coffee from St. Petersburg-based Savage Coffee. Bottled at 48 proof, the cocktail delivers bold espresso flavor balanced by warm spice and a velvety finish.
Old Fashioned – A Florida-made take on the American classic, featuring the distillery’s copper pot-distilled whiskey, aged on-site in Florida’s warm climate. Tippler’s Orange Liqueur, crafted from Florida-grown oranges, and house-made spiced bitters add bright citrus and warming spice while keeping the whiskey at the center of the cocktail.
Maple Old Fashioned – A richer variation created by the mixologists at 31 South, combining the distillery’s Florida-aged whiskey with pure maple syrup and signature house-made six-spice bitters. Notes of toasted oak, caramel, maple and baking spice lead to a smooth, spirit-forward finish.
The bottled collection extends the experience of 31 South, the distillery’s new speakeasy showcasing cocktails built around St. Petersburg Distillery spirits, house-made ingredients and Florida flavors. Designed to make craft cocktails easier to enjoy at home, the ready-to-pour collection also offers an option for entertaining and gifting without the mixing, measuring and specialty bar tools typically required to prepare cocktails from scratch.
The 31 South bottled cocktail collection is available exclusively at the St. Petersburg Distillery Welcome Salon, 800 31st Street South in St. Petersburg. The Welcome Salon is open Wednesday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
