Brother Justus Whiskey Company, a Minneapolis award-winning craft distillery, announced the launch of its collaboration with the Commander’s Own Chapter of the 34th Infantry Division Association (a Minnesota-based non-profit organization) to jointly create and distribute two unique expressions of Brother Justus American Whiskey. Both expressions, The Commander’s Own and The Commander’s Cut, are distilled and bottled from 100 percent malted barley. They are intended to serve as commemorative products for proud current and former members, families, and friends of the storied 34th “Red Bull” Infantry Division, while generating resources to honor and support the Red Bulls’ legacy and provide scholarships for members and their families.

“Honor is part of our DNA — we honor our land and legacy with every bottle of whiskey we produce; to use our storied whiskey to further honor soldiers, current and veteran, is a true privilege,” says Phil Steger, founder and CEO of Brother Justus.
The 24th Infantry Division Association chapter president, retired Colonel Chad Sackett, adds, “The quality of Brother Justus’ Whiskey, combined with their deep respect for history and legacy, set the perfect table for us to jointly create something exceptional and meaningful for our current and former service members and their families. What we have developed honors the history of the Red Bulls and the 34th ID Association’s commitment to carry on that legacy.”
Each limited-edition expression, once (separately) released, will initially be available online (shipping to most states) and and in the Northeast Minneapolis cocktail room.
