Holiday cheer is on the menu once again as the beloved, pioneering Christmas pop-up bars, Miracle and Sippin’ Santa, kick off the 2025 season bringing their spirited charm and signature style to bars worldwide. Known for transforming cocktail hot spots into immersive holiday-themed destinations, this year’s pop-ups will debut a dazzling selection of new holiday drinks, returning favorites, exclusive limited-edition glassware, and for the first time, a curated selection of zero-proof cocktails. It’s the ultimate holiday tradition to sip, see, and celebrate.
An annual celebration that began over a decade ago, over 200 Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations—both new and coming back—will once again spread merry mayhem across the globe. Starting from early to mid-November, doors will open for guests to step into a wonderful world of over-the-top décor, spirited cocktails, and the kind of magic only these original holiday pop-ups can deliver.
As the global holiday bar phenomenon continues to grow, one thing remains unchanged: Miracle is still the original—and still setting the bar. Each year, Miracle raises the stakes with nostalgic décor, inventive cocktails that transport guests to a holiday wonderland, and its signature line of collectible glassware. Its surfside sibling, Sippin’ Santa, brings a tropical twist to the season, offering a laid-back island vibe where every cocktail offers a sunny detour from winter.
“Each year, we aim to make Miracle and Sippin’ Santa feel like coming home for the holidays—just with brighter lights, a sense of escapism, and a one-of-a-kind cocktail in every hand,” says Greg Boehm, founder of Miracle. “For 2025, we’ve taken things even further with inventive new drinks and playful, standout glassware. What we love most is how Miracle connects people from all over the world together through shared moments of joy and kitschy nostalgia. It’s more than just a pop-up—it’s a holiday tradition.”
This year, Miracle and Sippin’ Santa are unwrapping a selection of new cocktails that are packed with bold flavors, creative twists, and plenty of holiday spirit. Joann Spiegel, vice president of Miracle and the creative force behind its cocktail menu, blends nostalgic flavors with inventive techniques and whimsical presentation to reimagine this season’s sipping experience. Meanwhile, Sippin’ Santa’s tropical-leaning lineup comes courtesy of industry legend and founder, Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, whose latest creations bring a dose of island warmth to the holidays, served in Santa-on-vacation-worthy glassware.
New additions at Miracle include the Dancing Sugarplums and Miracle Mouse, joining returning fan favorites like the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. Over at Sippin’ Santa, tropical newcomers such as the Pineapple Upside-Down Cask and Wreck the Halls will share the spotlight with signature classics such as the Jingle Bird, Holiday on Ice, and Sugar Plum Mai Tai.
A hallmark of the Miracle and Sippin’ Santa tradition, the glassware is back and it’s as giftable, collectible, and beloved as ever. Available exclusively at Miracle and Sippin’ Santa pop-up locations, this year’s lineup features signature festive staples like the Santa’s Head, SanTaRex, and Christmas Unicorn, along with brand-new limited-edition designs dropping this fall.
This year, Miracle’s flagship New York City location, Miracle on 9th Street at The Cabinet Mezcal Bar, will open its doors to a winter wonderland starting November 6. For the first time, a second Miracle NYC outpost will debut at Mace on November 28, giving fans even more ways to celebrate in the city where the tradition began. From there, the holiday cheer spreads to Miracle and Sippin’ Santa locations across the country and around the world, running November 17 through December 31. Though each location offers its own take on the theme, all stay true to the signature cocktails, over-the-top décor, and spirited hospitality that define the iconic Miracle and Sippin’ Santa experience.
