Las Vegas Distillery proudly announces their first Gin Week, celebrating craft gin from March 18-22, 2026, in Henderson’s Booze District. In addition to releasing a navy proof gin, Las Vegas Distillery will offer celebratory activations including specials, tours, classes, and entertainment.
“Some of our gin lovers were asking for a higher proof than our 47%, so we crafted a traditional Navy Strength Gin at 57%, a whopping 114 proof,” said Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck. “With just 96 bottles, this batch will surely go quick!”
Crafted Cocktails and Bites All Week Long
Special cocktails like the Saturn, Tom Collins, French 75, Bee’s Knees, and Negroni will be crafted all week, with thoughtful bites to pair perfectly. The special menu will include Citrus and Herb Burrata with Juniper-Lemon infused oil, Gin Honey Glazed Wings, Gin and Pear Crostini, and Crispy Artichokes with Gin lemon aioli.
And for a sweet treat, Gin Panna Cotta with macerated strawberries and dark chocolate shards will be offered.
Las Vegas Distillery Navy Strength Release
Gin lovers can kick off Gin Week with the release of the Las Vegas Distillery Navy Strength Gin. This new traditionally high ABV release is bottled at 114 proof, delivering bold structure and classic intensity while remaining bright and citrus forward. Expect pronounced juniper, layered coriander and spice, and a vibrant burst of fresh citrus peel that carries through a long, clean finish. With only 96 bottles available, the limited release is priced at $49.99 + tax.
Gin-Focused Tours
The distillery tours will highlight gin, the botanicals that make it special, and the unique production process all week, but for an exclusive gin tour, guests can sign up for ““American Craft Gin: A Deep Dive with our Master Distiller Jonny VerPlanck,” offering a deep dive into the history of gin, botanicals, and how Las Vegas Distillery incorporates that into their production. This special tour will be held Wednesday, March 18, Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20 at 4pm. The $70 (plus tax + fees) ticket can be purchased on the website and includes a bottle of Las Vegas Distillery Gin.
Gin Cocktail Class March 21
A special gin cocktail class will be held on Saturday, March 21 at 11am. “Gin History & Cocktails” led by Las Vegas Distillery’s own Sam Smith, Joe Reeves, and Ashley Johnson includes an overview of gin’s origins and journey to the U.S., a discussion on botanicals and their importance to the Distillery’s gins, a hands-on cocktail creation of two classic gin cocktails, and tips and tricks to sharpen guests’ bartending skills. Tickets are limited. The $100 ticket can be purchased on the website and includes a bottle of Las Vegas Distillery Gin.
Live Music
To complement all the gin fun, KPM Collective will entertain guests on Friday, March 21 from 6-9pm and Nuno Monteiro will perform on Saturday, March 22 from 6-9pm.
Las Vegas Distillery Gin
The Las Vegas Distillery Gin comes in at a higher-than-average ABV of 47%, intensifying its depth and concentration of flavor. Pronounced juniper takes the lead, seamlessly balanced by bright citrus, creating a bold yet refined profile. Its elevated strength enhances complexity, making it a dynamic expression of classic London Dry style gin. It features juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice, lemon and grapefruit peel flavors. Bottles are available for purchase at $34.99 each.
The Distillery operates entirely on-site, overseeing every step of production—from milling and mashing to fermentation, distillation, and bottling. Guests can enjoy interactive tours, an immersive tasting room, expertly crafted cocktails featuring world-class spirits, bottle sales, and more. Tours are available Wednesday through Friday (4pm and 6pm), Saturday (2pm, 4pm, and 6pm) and Sunday (2pm and 4pm).
