Freeland Spirits announces distribution in Illinois, Florida, and New York through new relationships with online retailer Spirit Hub in Illinois (with H2Vino in the distributor role) and online distributor LibDib in Florida and New York. Freeland is Oregon’s only craft distillery owned and operated by women.
“This is a big step for Freeland Spirits,” says Freeland Spirits Founder Jill Kuehler. “We chose these new partners with great intention, as we wanted to work with distributors who share our own passion for entrepreneurship and finding new ways to do business. Their forward-thinking, service-oriented approach is a perfect fit for Freeland and we are excited to enter these new markets.”
Until now, distribution of Freeland gin (SRP $40), bourbon (SRP $54) and genever-inspired Geneva (SRP $53) has been focused with Epic Wines & Spirits in California and American Northwest Distributors in Washington state.
“We are excited to welcome Freeland Spirits to the Spirit Hub portfolio,” says Spirit Hub COO Brian Feener. “Jill Kuehler and the Freeland team are making amazing products that we are proud to carry on the platform. People today want to know where their products come from and that they can stand by the people that make them. As an independent distillery, Freeland gives customers exactly what they’re looking for.”
“Freeland is exactly the kind of brand we like to bring on.,” says LibDib founder and CEO Cheryl Durzy. “They’re an innovative craft brand that will connect to customers nationwide via e-commerce, digital marketing, and beyond. We know that our trade customers are going to love Freeland. We’re thrilled to partner with this innovative, female-founded distillery.”
