One of Wigle Whiskey‘s barrels of rye turns four this Saturday, February 29—Leap Year Day, of course—and to mark the occasion, the Pittsburgh-based distillery will be releasing a limited number of bottles of it as its next Deep Cut offering. The bottled-in-bond Leap Year Deep Cut Single Barrel Rye features a mash bill of 64% regional organic rye and 36% organic malted barley. Signature notes include dark cherry, pepper up front and brown sugar on the finish. Only 200 750-ml bottles will be available, which Wigle will be making available for $75 at the Wigle Whiskey Tasting Room & Bottle Shop at Pittsburgh’s Ross Park Mall Saturday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET. Bottles can be pre-ordered here.
