Spanish Oloroso Sherry is a 12-year-old Indiana bourbon finished in Copper & Kings Spanish Oloroso Sherry barrels for 18 months. Affectionately described as a Fig Newton bomb, it reveals classic sherry notes of raisin and fig, balanced with bursts of candied orange and baking spice. Its dry, complex palate of cedar and campfire leads to a balanced finish of ripe dates and subtle spice.
It is available only in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois with a suggested retail price of $124.99/750mL.
