Raleigh, North Carolina-based Next Century Spirits announced its minority stake in VIDE ready-to-drink cocktails. With a joint plan for growth at its forefront, Next Century Spirits aims to scale VIDE ready-to-drink cocktails nationally. Leveraging Next Century Spirits’ commercial marketing efforts and a strong, collaborative route to market sales plan, VIDE is poised to penetrate additional accounts and reach a broader market from a sales and distribution perspective. This new partnership highlights Next Century Spirits’ commitment to the ready-to-drink market and positions it as a leader in the category – especially within the tequila-based RTD sector.

Originally founded in Long Island in 2018 by Sal Campisi and Ryan Laverty, VIDE ready-to-drink cocktails distinguished themselves early on within the alcoholic RTD market by committing to transparency. Using real premium spirits in their RTDs – such as American made vodka and tequila from Jalisco, Mexico – and bolstering just 99 calories with zero sugar and carbs, VIDE has already made a name for itself in the beverage industry. The brand began dominating the Manhattan market and caught the eye of Olivia Culpo. The model, actress and entrepreneur joined VIDE as a financial investor in 2021 and continues to champion VIDE as an investor.
