Watershed starts with its citrus-forward Four Peel Gin and infuses it with sun-ripened Ohio strawberries harvested at the peak of freshness. The pairing of red summer strawberries and crisp, bright citrus peels makes for an unparalleled cocktail or sipping experience.

This year’s rough start for Ohio’s strawberry crop and growers reduced our supply of Ohio-grown strawberries.
