KOVAL Distillery‘s signature Dry Gin has been chosen for inclusion in Hilton’s upcoming “Women of Spirit” national beverage program. Running through to April 19, 2026, this initiative celebrates the contributions of women in the spirits and hospitality industries.
The cornerstone of this placement is the “For Good” cocktail, a vibrant recipe crafted by Chelsea McPeek of the Hilton Chicago. Inspired by the Chicago-born story of Wicked, the drink highlights the balance and woodland botanicals of KOVAL’s female-owned Dry Gin.
