Boston-based Bully Boy Distillers announces the release of their Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the latest whiskey to join their award–winning spirit portfolio. Meticulously crafted using both traditional and innovative production methods, Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a wheated bourbon that highlights Bully Boy’s dedication to honoring the past while also offering bourbon drinkers something new.
Bully Boy Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made using 61% Corn, 30% malted wheat, and 9% malted barley. Unlike most bourbons which use unmalted wheat, Bully Boy made the choice to use malted wheat – and ratcheted up the percentage – which offers more flavor and complexity to the spirit than its unmalted counterpart. In addition to the novel grain choice, Bully Boy also employs a variety of unique fermenting, distilling, and aging techniques, all of which result in a Bourbon that’s robust and aromatic, but also clean and silky with notes of golden raisins, pecans, marzipan, coconut, and leather.

Priced at $45.00 SRP for a 750ml bottle, the Bully Boy Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 95 proof and joins Bully Boy’s innovative portfolio of handcrafted spirits and cocktail offerings.
