This year ACSA is marking its 10th anniversary, and each month we’re celebrating with a new initiative. This month, we’re sharing gin-based cocktail recipes and StilL 630 of St. Louis offered the following drinks.
1 ounce StilL 630 Volstead’s Folly Gin
1 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce rosso vermouth
1/2 ounce Crème de cacao
J. Carver Everlasting Absinthe, for rinsing
Stir all ingredients except for the absinthe with ice. Strain into a glass rinsed with J. Carver Distillery Everlasting Absinthe and a large cube. Garnish with a lemon peel.
1 ounce StilL630 Navy Strength Gin
1 ounce blanc vermouth
1 ounce St-Germain
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over ice ball and garnish with a lime peel.
1 ounce StilL 630 Confluence Gin
1 ounce rosso vermouth
1 ounce Aperol
1/4 teaspoon ponzu (citrus soy)
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over large cube and garnish with an orange peel.
