Driftless Glen Distillery of Baraboo, Wisconsin, announced that it is now selling bulk spirits. The spirits, which are never sourced, are distilled, aged and bottled at Driftless Glen.
Offerings include white dog whiskey, as well as bourbon and rye aged between four and seven years old.
Custom mash bills are available and general mash bills are:
Bourbon: 60% corn, 20% rye and 20% malted barley
Rye: 75% rye and 25% malted barley
The white dog whiskey is 120 proof and is available per proof gallon, with a minimum order quantity of one tote (324 pg per tote). Discounts are available for orders of 5 or more totes.
